ARTC EA Update – Notification of intended Protected Industrial Action

Over the past few days, the Combined Unions have formally advised ARTC of union members’ intention to take lawful and protected industrial action commencing 7am on Wednesday 3rd August 2016. The industrial action can only be taken by members of the RTBU, ASU, ETU and Professionals Australia who are covered by the ARTC NSW Enterprise Agreement.

Members of the Combined Unions are calling on ARTC to negotiate a fair deal for employees.

We are asking ARTC to stop hiding behind the Federal Government’s Workplace Bargaining Policy and address our reasonable concerns around safety, fairness, the protection of our entitlements, and pay and allowances.
