Transfer of Coast A and B, Control Boards from Broadmeadow to Junee

Yesterday ARTC Management announced that they plan to transfer the North Coast “A” and “B” control boards from Broadmeadow to Junee. It is not clear why they have made this decision.

As this proposal  is considered  a  “Major Change”  you  are  entitled under  your enterprise agreement, to appoint a representative to act on your behalf. We urge all members to write to your manager and tell them that you want the RTBU to be your representative in the consultation process (Clause 8.1.1.3). Make sure you include your delegate in that email.

ARTC have advised that they will be engaging in “listening sessions” over the next 2 to 3 weeks to work through your questions and concerns.

Your RTBU  team  will be  onsite  this  week  so  that  together  we can  identify  any questions and concerns and, together we can put those issues to management. We strongly encourage everyone to attend one of our meetings.

Our meeting will be Thursday 22nd March at 1pm at NCCN Training Room.
