Bulletin 21 – 2017

To: Infrastructure Division Members – Sydney Trains,

 From the feedback provided by RTBU members via the Enterprise Agreement surveys sent out earlier this year, a draft Log of Claims was formulated and presented to your employee representatives who attended a Combined Rail Union (CRU) meeting at Unions NSW on Tuesday, 13th June 2017.

At this meeting the Log of Claims was unanimously endorsed by your employee representatives. For your information, attached to this bulletin is the finalised and endorsed Log of Claims for the Sydney Trains Enterprise Agreement negotiations later this year.

The RTBU Infrastructure Division members are being represented in the negotiations by some of the most influential, knowledgeable and staunch RTBU Infrastructure delegates within Sydney Trains. The following names are the RTBU Infrastructure Division delegates/activists who will serve as a point of contact for information relating to the enterprise agreement;

Scott Wilson – Hamilton              Anthony Sherman – Clyde          Brett Devlin – Gosford

Mick Sullivan – Hornsby              Ray West – Gosford        Tarvinder Panesar – Sydenham

Kerry Williams – Clyde                 Steve Gauci – Glenfield        Anthony Koziol – Wollongong
