Sydney Trains Enterprise Agreement – Log of Claims

To: Infrastructure Division Members – Sydney Trains,
From the feedback provided by RTBU members via the Enterprise Agreement surveys sent out earlier this year, a draft Log of Claims was formulated and presented to your employee representatives who attended a Combined Rail Union (CRU) meeting at Unions NSW on Tuesday, 13th June 2017.
At this meeting the Log of Claims was unanimously endorsed by your employee representatives. For your information, attached to this bulletin is the finalised and endorsed Log of Claims for the Sydney Trains Enterprise Agreement negotiations later this year.
The RTBU Infrastructure Division members are being represented in the negotiations by some of the most influential, knowledgeable and staunch RTBU Infrastructure delegates within Sydney Trains. The following names are the RTBU Infrastructure Division delegates/activists who will serve as a point of contact for information relating to the enterprise agreement;
Scott Wilson – Hamilton Anthony Sherman – Clyde Brett Devlin – Gosford
Mick Sullivan – Hornsby Ray West – Gosford Tarvinder Panesar – Sydenham
Kerry Williams – Clyde Steve Gauci – Glenfield Anthony Koziol – Wollongong

These representatives will be flying the union flag and fighting for much deserved improvements to the employment conditions for all Sydney Trains Infrastructure employees. They will need your assistance and support in what is gearing up to be a tough round of negotiations later this year.

The negotiations with Sydney and NSW Trains are scheduled to begin sometime in August or September 2017.
