Visit the Sydney Trains Commence Further Staff Reviews

To: Sydney Trains Station Staff
The Minister for Transport has announced that the magnetic striped tickets (MST) will no longer be available to customers. As a consequence from Monday the 1st August 2016 all ticketing will be only via an Opal Card.
At the station level with the withdrawal of the MST all ticket windows were closed which eliminates the need for ticket based accounting functions, cash handling, cash collection and other associated activities.
The current review for the twelve (12) stations was completed on the 4th August 2016.
The RTBU has been notified of further staff reviews at twenty eight (28) locations commencing from the 10th August 2016. The timetable for these reviews is as below:

In addition, Mark Thompson will be the coordinator for the reviews. All members are encouraged to speak with the Staff Review Delegates.
