Last week Sydney Trains and NSW Trains Corporate Services members were hit with a bombshell announcement about a proposed restructure combining all Corporate Functions of Sydney Trains and NSW Trains under Transport for NSW.
Members fear this is the start of a push to privatise Sydney Trains and NSW Trains and cut hundreds of jobs.
Management have said ‘consultation’ will close on July 15.
We are taking ACTION!
- Transport for NSW have opened up a feedback portal – Overwhelm it with your feedback making it clear that you don’t support this change.
- The Combined Rail Unions have designed our own survey to gather feedback. We want to find out what you think. Fill out this short survey by July, 13.
