Special Notice to RTBU Members – Election for National and NSW Branch Vacant Positions

Bulletin 49 –

To:       All RTBU Members

The two separate Election Notices attached have been received from the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) regarding elections for various National and NSW Branch positions to be conducted concurrently.

Nominations, which must be in writing and comply with the Organisation’s registered rules, may be made at any time from 9am on Thursday 1^st October 2015. Nominations close at 5pm on Thursday 22^nd October 2015.

Nominations may be withdrawn up to, but not later than 5pm on Monday 2^nd November 2015.

If a ballot is required, the postal ballot will open at 9am Tuesday 10 November 2015 and close at 5pm on Tuesday 1^st December 2015.

The ballot, if required, will open on Tuesday, 10 November 2015 and close at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 1 December 2015.
