Non-Payment of Time Worked at 150% when called in with less than 24 hours’ Notice

Members are advised that Sydney Trains have now put forward a without prejudice offer in an effort to resolve this ongoing dispute.

In an effort to provide the information to members, meetings have been arranged for members to be updated on the dispute, taken through the offer and have any questions answered, at the conclusion of which members will be provided with the opportunity to indicate their acceptance or rejection of the offer so an informed response can be formally sent back to Sydney Trains.
