Northern Beaches Removed as COVID Hotspot

The ACT Government has updated its Public Health (COVID-19 Interstate Hotspots) Emergency Direction 2021 (No 7) to remove Northern Beaches LGA from the identified hotspots. 

The remaining 10 LGA’s still remain restricted from entering the ACT and Jervis Bay Territory until the direction is revoked or repealed.

Attached is the current list of identified hotspots as at 3pm Tuesday 19 January 2021.

Update on Ellmoos Road Upgrade

Late last year we advised of ongoing roadworks to upgrade Ellmoos Road, leading into the RTBU Holiday Park

Vegetation trimming is scheduled to re-commence Thursday 21 January, with road remediation works due to re-commence Wednesday 27 January at the earliest. Can you please inform your visitors of the time schedules in the table below and remind them to travel with extreme caution. Please note that these times are guides only. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

Four(4)  identified sections of road works to be undertaken for road remediation, reshaping formation and gravel re-sheeting. Section 1 and a portion of Section 2 have been completed.

Five (5) trucks are scheduled to arrive in the morning and five (5) trucks in the afternoon.

In total 23 weeks has been allocated for these scheduled works, please note that rain, heavy winds, traffic, delays will have an effect on these time frames below.

Section 2: Three (3) weeks remaining
Section 3: Six (6) weeks
Section 4: Six (6) weeks
