Reckless ‘train surfers’ put lives at risk

It’s obvious that any kind of train surfing is a dangerous and stupid behaviour which puts the lives of young people at risk.

But it’s not only the perpetrators who are in danger. Train drivers, guards and station staff are often the first to attend the scene when an accident occurs and it can be an incredibly traumatic and distressing experience which many workers struggle to recover from.
