QUBE EA – getting closer

It is hoped that an in-principle agreement on the new QUBE enterprise agreement will be reached very shortly. 

While Part B, NSW state-based the issues of overtime rates including excess cycle hours and RDOs, remuneration increases and local working are yet to be agreed upon, the union negotiating team is hopeful the next meeting with the company on July 1 will move the parties closer to an in-principle agreement.

Once in-principle agreement is reached, a draft copy of the agreement will be sent to delegate and members for review and comment prior to the formal voting processes.

If agreement isn’t reached, discussions with delegates and members will be had as to what options are available to progress the agreement.
