NEWSFLASH: Pacific National Members – It’s Time to Prepare for Action

After overwhelming endorsement by members around the state, a protected action ballot application has just been filed for all Pacific National Bulk, Coal and NSW Vic members.

This protected action ballot is your chance to tell management that you are ready to fight, until management gets the Agreement right.

What happens next?

In the next couple of days, the Fair Work Commission will decide on your application and the Australian Electoral Commission will set out a timetable for the vote – watch locoexpress.com.au for more details.

To make sure that you and your workmates get to vote, we need to make sure we have your correct full name, address and phone number and that it matches the information your employer has on file.

If you have not attended a meeting or completed a change of details form in the past month, send the attached form to nswho@rtbu-nsw.asn.au or fax to: 0292647679 by Monday to secure your vote. Make sure that Your Employer has your updated details as well.
