MTS Survey – Interest in Part-Time Employment

Bulletin No.10.25

Dear Members,

As you would be aware the option of Part-Time work has been discussed during Enterprise Bargaining.

The claim was initiated by the RTBU Log of Claims survey early this year.

The RTBU has committed to doing a survey to gauge the level of interest in this proposal and the sort of shift patterns members would be interested in.

Please note -part-time would only be offered at a member’s request – no members will be forced onto part-time work – the 12-hour shifts remain!
