Important update on QUBE negotiations

QUBE negotiations have been ongoing now for nearly two years for a combined new enterprise agreement which would cover all IRA, POTA, South Spur, Southern and Silverton members.

Despite the negotiating team putting in their best efforts and a lot of hard work, the company has prepared a draft section of the Agreement which your union has been unable to agree with.

As such this agreement will be put to members to decide the outcome. Members will soon be advised of when a depot tour will take place to explain the agreement and when the formal voting process will take place.
