Good news: Peer Support Dispute resolved
The Loco Division would like to inform members that the long running Step 2 dispute in relation to the non-payment of lift up and lay back for drivers acting in the Peer Support role has now been resolved.
We are happy to announce that after 10 months of arduous back and forth with Sydney Trains we have successfully campaigned to have the Critical Incident Response Procedure amended to correctly reflect the parameters of the Drivers Rostering and Working Arrangements and have secured payment for the affected members.
