Congratulations! Together you have again told management that their offer is unacceptable.

Management is talking out of both sides of their mouth. On the one hand they say that they want to reach Agreement but on the other hand they say that they will not move at all on the issues you say matter.

This company makes an average of $700 million a year. These earnings are possible because of your hard work. You have made every cent for ARTC, yet they refuse to reward your efforts with a reasonable pay rise which includes back pay.

This is why at the request of depots around the state; your RTBU Team today advised the Fair Work Commission that we are declining management’s invitation to participation in conciliation. As always we remain committed to reaching an Agreement and are hopeful that management will come back to the negotiating table with a better offer.
