To All: RTBU Infrastructure Members – ARTC

RTBU infrastructure members at ARTC have stood together to stop management’s cuts to our conditions by voting no to management’s substandard enterprise agreement.

Management had the chance to value our work with a fair pay rise and secure conditions. Instead they rushed out an agreement with inadequate pay rises whilst ARTC executives continue to pocket massive bonuses for our record profits.

Together, we have told management that enough is enough and it’s time to get serious about negotiating a genuine agreement that respects our work. Congratulations for your strength and solidarity!

Management now has a choice. We hope they choose to work with us to get an agreement that secures fair pay and conditions. We will update you when we get their response.
