ARTC enterprise agreement – vote ‘no’

ARTC management walked away from the bargaining table this week, refusing to negotiate any further on the Combined Rail Unions log of claims. ARTC is now stating that it will be putting its offer (rather than an agreed negotiated EA) out to a vote of employees.
