AMENDED ELECTION NOTICE TO RTBU RAIL MEMBERS

AUSTRALIAN RAIL, TRAM AND BUS INDUSTRY UNIONELECTIONS 2022

Bulletin No.17.22

The attached information has been received from the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) regarding the specific as mentioned Positions in the Notice. 

Due to an AEC administrative error, it would seem not all voters received ballot papers for the listed positions.

The AEC have sent the respective ballot paper/s to the remaining voters from the 16/12/22 for return to the AEC by 5pm on the 13/1/23.

MEMBERS ARE ADVISED THAT THE RTBU HAS NOT BEEN SUPPLIED ANY INFORMATION BY THE AEC AS TO WHICH MEMBERS MAY HAVE MISSED OUT ON ANY BALLOT PAPERS

THIS IS A MATTER FOR THE AEC

Members are urged to read the attached information and if you require further information, please contact Catherine Bernoth, AEC Returning Officer via the details at the bottom of the Notice.

ALL WORKPLACE DELEGATES AND DIVISIONAL OFFICERS ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE THIS NOTICE AND INFORMATION IS DISPLAYED AT THE WORKPLACE.
