Airport Link Update

To: RTBU Members – All Airport Link Members.

Thank you to all those members who attended our meetings on Monday 9^th & 15^th June 2020.

During the meetings, several issues were discussed and as a result the following resolutions were passed by the members present:

• That NO union official or delegate will meet with management on their own.
• That an Expression of Interest to nominate as Union delegates be conducted.

Therefore, we wish to advise that the RTBU NSW returning officer will conduct a call for nominations shortly to all Airport Link members for the six local delegate positions as indicated below:

International Airport	Delegate Co-Delegate
Domestic Airport	Delegate Co-Delegate
Green Square / Mascot	Delegate Co-Delegate

If we only receive one nomination for each delegate position, at the conclusion of the nomination period the candidate will be declared elected uncontested.

Should multiple candidates nominate for a delegate position, a postal ballot will be run to determine an outcome.
