ACTION 1 – INDEFINITE BAN ON USING YOUR WORK EMAIL!
At 08:00am tomorrow morning, Saturday, 14th October 2017 an indefinite ban on the use of your work email will go into effect.
If you are an RTBU Member covered by the ARTC Infrastructure Maintenance New South Wales Enterprise Agreement 2014, it is your right to not use your work email in anyway, which includes;
- Viewing or Reading any emails sent to you via your work email;
- Sending or Responding to work emails, including to and from ARTC management; and
- Printing up any attachments that are sent to you via your work email, such as workplace documentation.
As an RTBU Member you are protected by law in taking part in this indefinite action.
If you are not an RTBU Member, you are NOT protected by law in taking part in this indefinite action.
If you are not an RTBU Member and want to stand alongside your workmates in this ongoing protected industrial action campaign for fair improvements to your conditions at work;

By law, it is illegal for ARTC management to force you to use your work email or hinder members in any way from exercising your workplace rights to take part in this protected action.
