Interim Restraining Order notification

Dear members, delegates, and officers employed by Sydney Trains and NSW Trains, and employees of the RTBU in New South Wales,

This evening, the Federal Court of Australia granted an Interim Restraining Order against all unions in the Combined Rail Unions (CRU) group.

We have been ordered to notify you that the industrial action contained in the document you can find here is not authorised or encouraged by the Australian Rail Tram and Bus Industry Union, NSW Branch or any member of the CRU.

You are hereby notified.

We have also been ordered to issue and distribute a communication to members that includes a copy of the Interim Restraining Order and states that the actions contained in the document you can find here is not to occur and is not authorised by the Australian Rail Tram and Bus Industry Union, NSW Branch or any member of the CRU.
