Visit the 9 News: Government facing transport ‘balancing act’ as restrictions ease
Recently, RTBU NSW Secretary Alex Claassens spoke to Channel 9 about how easing restrictions would affect public transport. Transport workers have been working hard and their safety is important but they aren’t there to police physical distancing. It’s important to maintain a balancing act in that commuters aren’t discouraged from using public transport but social distancing restrictions are also followed.
