ARTC INFRASTRUCTURE: INDEFINITE BANS ON ON-CALL AND CALL OUT WORK!
At 06:00am tomorrow morning (Saturday the 28th October 2017) indefinite bans on on-call and call out work will go into effect.
If you are an RTBU Member covered by the ARTC Infrastructure Maintenance New South Wales Enterprise Agreement 2014, these protected action ban allows you to refuse to any on-call or call out work.
As an RTBU member you are protected by law in taking part in this indefinite action.
If you are not an RTBU member, you are NOT protected by law in taking part in this indefinite action.
ARTC management has been reminded that ARTC is prohibited by law from taking any adverse action against members who take part in this protected industrial action.
