Your delegate team met with management today to continue to negotiate your new Agreement. At that meeting it was clear that management will not move on the issues you said matter – fair increases to pay and allowances, domestic violence leave and your right to be represented by a powerful union – without a fight.

That is why everyone needs to vote now and vote YES in the protected action postal ballot. By voting YES on every question, you can show management that we are still strong and united in our demands for a good Agreement.

It is important that you fill out your ballot paper and post it back immediately to make your vote count.

To vote, make sure that you place a TICK or a CROSS in the ‘YES’ BOXES.

Please ensure that you do not mark the ‘NO’ BOXES in any way. Ask everyone in your depot to vote today!
