Tram tragedy in London

Our thoughts are with commuters and public transport workers in London today after the worst British rail disaster in years claimed at least seven lives and injured more than 50 people.

Investigations are ongoing as to the cause of the accident, which involved a two-carriage tram derailing near Croydon in South London.
