My Time and Pay trial

Kronos clocks have been in use for signing on/off since June 2014. Now management is moving to a trial of the next step – linking the clocks to pay.

Management recently advised that the next phase of the implementation of My Time & Pay (MT&P) will be a limited trial across all areas of both Sydney and NSW Trains commencing from the 24th May 2015. This will involve members’ wages being calculated and paid via the time captured on the Kronos clocks.

Approximately 20 drivers and guards from Central depot along with ten train crew from NSW Trains will take part in the trial with management seeking expressions of interest to gain participants.

Training will be provided for payroll and supporting staff with regular reviews of wage payments conducted throughout the trial process to ensure accuracy. Members will be regularly updated throughout the trial process.
