Members’ Bulletin: Special Notice to RTBU Members – Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union Recall Elections 2021

The attached information has been received from the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) regarding the RTBU elections for NSW Branch positions not filled in the RTBU Election for 2018. This information can also be downloaded from the RTBU website at www.rtbuexpress.com.au 

Nominations, which must be in writing and comply with the organisation’s registered rules, may be made at any time from 09.00am (AEDT) on Friday, 29^th October 2021.  Nominations close at 17.00pm (AEDT) on Friday, 19^th November 2021.

NOMINATION FORMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE

Nominations must be in writing and comply with the registered rules of the union and on the properly completed nomination form and emailed to iebnominations@aec.gov.au .

Nominations cannot be withdrawn after 17.00pm (AEDT) on Monday, 29^th November 2021.
