Employee Opal Card access to Newcastle Light Rail and Sydney Metro

Dear members,

As per correspondence from Rod Staples, Secretary of Transport for NSW, all members with an Employee Opal Card can travel on the Newcastle Light Rail and Sydney Metro using this card.

Eligibility to use the Employee Opal Card on these new services includes current and former employees who hold a Gold Pass and their spouses/partners. Family passes will also be valid on Sydney Metro and Newcastle Light Rail.

This will be effective from May 23, 2019.
